Athena is a certified personal trainer in the DFW area and is available to re-vamp your training sessions. What’s included in personal training:

  • Workouts tailored to YOUR needs
  • 30 & 50 minute sessions available
  • In-home training available or in a private studio setting located in Addison, TX.
  • Aesthetics, strength, endurance, power, conditioning, flexibility – I have the knowledge & tools to help you achieve your fitness goals.
  • Cryotherapy is available and included in select training packages.
